Terms of Service

1. The Service

Celestial Command is a browser-based multiplayer space strategy game operated by Sparkle5, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). The game is provided as-is and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement. Residents of jurisdictions where the service is prohibited by law may not use the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. One account per person is permitted unless we explicitly allow otherwise. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Game rules

• No automated bots, scripts, or tools that interact with the game without a human present.
• No exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics. Report them to support@celestialcommand.io.
• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive communication toward other players.
• No sharing or selling accounts.
• No impersonating staff, moderators, or other players.
• Play fair. Multi-accounting to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

5. Virtual items & purchases

Dark Matter and VIP status are virtual entitlements with no real-world monetary value. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Virtual items may be modified or removed as part of game updates.

6. Subscriptions

VIP subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Intellectual property

All game content — graphics, code, text, sounds — is owned by or licensed to Sparkle5, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparkle5, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in-game. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
